DigitalDeckCovers strives to get your item out as soon as possible. All covers are proudly made and shipped from Denver, Colorado within 7 days after your order was placed. Whenever possible we use USPS, and do ship to P.O. (Post Office), A.P.O. (Army Post Office), or F.P.O. (Fleet Post Office) boxes.
To make sure your order doesn't get delayed, please make sure your ship-to address is correct. When shipping address is incorrect or undeliverable, we will wait for the package to be returned to us before attempting a reshipment.
We ship worldwide via USPS Airmail. While there is no guarantee of delivery dates, most international packages arrive within 2-4 weeks. We do try to minimize any customs fees or taxes due by customers, but ultimately, any tax, duty, or brokerage fees are the responsibly of the customer.
Shipping costs are based on order total. Prior to checkout, you have the opportunity to calculate the shipping costs for your order.
We will notify you with the tracking information for your order by email after shipment. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received an email with tracking information after 7 days! You can also use the “check your order status” function located on the top left corner of every page.
In the rare aren’t that our shipping carrier loses your order, we will open an investigation on the package and remake your covers.
