Please carefully review the email which you will receive within 24 hours which contains your final invoice, and has this subject line: "Your DigitalDeckCovers Invoice. (PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THE INCLUDED ITEM DIMENSIONS)"

Please carefully review this email to confirm your order details by double checking our on-file measurements with those of your actual equipment.

If your measurements are different, please notify us immediately so we can adjust the sizing of your dust cover to ensure a proper fit.

If you choose NOT to check the dimensions in that email, we will build your order with our manufacturer dimensions on file, and will not be held responsible or redo your cover if it does not fit.

Most orders are shipped in about 7 business days of our email confirming your payment & order details from our location in Los Angeles, CA.

After your order is shipped, you will also receive tracking information by email.

** DDC Return Policy **

All DDC covers are guaranteed to fit the dimensions you specify, or to fit the dimensions from our database verified by you. If we make a mistake, or there is a problem in the fit of your custom cover, just let us know and we'll fix it -- sending out a replacement quickly.

Otherwise, due to the custom nature of these covers, all sales are considered final.

Once we receive your order, we email the dimensions that we have for your gear to you so that you can double check them against your actual item. If our dimensions differ from yours, we'll correct our pattern to fit your gear. If we make a mistake on verified dimensions or if there is a problem with the materials, we will quickly remake your order and cover all of the shipping costs.  We work hard to complete and ship all orders in about 7 business days (the fastest turnaround time you'll find anywhere for this type of custom work), so if we don't hear back from you quickly after you receive your order confirmation email and you choose not to check the dimensions, we will build your order with our dimensions and cannot be held responsible if the cover does not fit.

Also, please make sure that you either actually have or plan to keep your equipment BEFORE you order one of our dust covers.  If you decide to buy a different brand/size/type of equipment after ordering from us, we cannot stop or change your order once it has been placed, and returns or exchanges do not apply (see our return policy above).
